30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Hansgrohe, Inc. is committed to the quality of its products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase made directly on hansgroheoutlet.us you may return the merchandise under the following conditions:
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS
- Returned products must be in resalable condition.
- Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items returned must have a minimum value of $15.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with the return of the product (a traceable shipping method is recommended to ensure your return is received).
- Please reference the host order number found on the packing list or shipping label, and/or the Purchase order number to ensure proper crediting.
- Email customerservice@hansgrohe.com if you have questions.
- Please allow 30 days for us to process your return and issue credit.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
- If your product is damaged at the time of receipt or defective within the applicable warranty period, Hansgrohe, Inc. will repair or replace (at our option) your item at no charge.
- Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Email customerservice@hansgrohe.com if you have questions.
- Customer is responsible for the initial shipping charges associated with the return of the product (a traceable shipping method is recommended to ensure your return is received). If the product is found to be damaged at the time of receipt or defective within the applicable warranty period, shipping charges will be refunded.
